There was always one more movie I wanted to include and always one undeniable reason to pick one over the other. I wasn't at all surprised to not see DRIVE sweeping through awards season; it is way too violent for that kind of attention. It's a shame too because that violence kept some people from seeing one hell of a well crafted film. When I saw it I thought, "Oh man, this thing is going to be HUGE! The awards shows are going to hail this for the awesome 'best picture of the year' that this is!" And then it was completey ignored.
